Heidi,
All of your Admin settings, product and customer information are stored in the database.
Is there a particular advantage you are hoping to achieve by having the title and alt tags be different?
Moderator's note, thread moved.
Could it be that asking in General questions is the problem? IH is an add-on.
NOTE: the version of Zen Cart you are using is vulnerable to serious security issues and you need to upgrade immediately.
Glad you got it working.
Your URL? Where did you get your template?
How did you fix the problem? Your solution might help someone else with the same challenge.
What are your settings for the currency you are using?
Are you using the tax system to collect some other fee?
I ask because the US doesn't collect taxes for more than one state like you are doing.
Thanks for taking the time to let us know that you found and fixed the problem. Good luck with your shop.

Old version? Exactly which version are you using?
Check the downloads section, I'm sure there is a links manager Addons of some sort.
Wouldn't a PM have been more appropriate than hijacking the thread with a personal question?
Paul - I think it was yesterday - but someone else posted about a json_encode problem - turned out to be something with the hosting.
We have had some other reports of Chrome acting weird recently, I don't know if they are related though. Try a different browser?

First you need to verify that shipping is not taxable in your state. Talk to the tax department or your accountant. If you need to adjust things it is a simple switch in your Admin in the shipping...

If the problem is intermittent, then you really need to talk to your host and find out what is happening with your server.
Please note: this is probably just the first of many problems with the host you have chosen.
Save yourself many headaches and change hosting now.
Moderator's Note: this thread is getting way beyond the initial question. It is now closed.
I agree with schoolboy, I don't see the point. The other place I have seen QRs is on TV- who has their phone or camera ready to scan their TV, especially when it is in a 30 second commercial.
Moderator's Note: posts on a new topic move to their own thread in the proper forum.
Have you checked your sites on a different computer? You may have dead pixels in your monitor.
700+ kb is waaaaay to big! You need to optimize your images, CSS and JavaScript.

Glenn is correct. You will have massive problems if you try to change the ID handling.
Did that feature come with your template? If so, you need to contact the template designer.
Did that directive come from PayPal?
The answer really depends on your local laws, but the default assumption that Zen Cart uses is that the GV is just like cash.
Before you set up any taxes - you better talk to your accountant - At this time you only need to charge taxes in places where you have a nexus - you would not charge taxes for overseas order or...
There is not built-in facility for more than the 2 titles at this time. Best suggestion would be to turn off the salutation from your Zen Cart Admin.
