Okay, I checked the store in Mozilla and the drop down boxes are there and they are not visible when using Internet Explorer????

Actually, I just noticed on the above link that only a third of the dropdown is showing. Any ideas?

I failed to mention, the attributes have been set in the attribute controller.

I looked around but couldnt find any tutorials. The attribute drop down boxes arent enbled on my store. What do I need to do to enable them?
