I have had similar problems with SSU not showing urls how I wanted. In my case SSU kept showing the ID's. The only way I found to correct it was to actually delete all the folders inside the SSU...

SSU is not showing the Alias links for sub-categories. After spending a couple hours installing, uninstalling, changing settings, etc...I'm completely in the dark..still..

I've been having this exact problem for weeks. No settings seem to set the urls like this. Resetting all SSU cache does not fix the problem for me.

I've also had a perpetual problem of SSU not obeying what I set the category separator as. It's currently using '-' although I have it set to use '/'

I second that. But I know it's me and my heavily modded Zen Cart. I usually have to manually go through each file of mods to make sure they won't overwrite something.

Yeah it was getting really frustrating. I didn't see anywhere in the Docs where it mentioned setting in Admin-->Config. Now if I can just get the identifiers removed...
