Has this been your experience also? Have you beeen able to make a payment with an incorrect name and address?

Can anybody help me with this? Do I need the .htaccess files that exist in the zencart release? Are they used by PHP or are they unnecessary?

I have just tried my cart using paypal payments pro (LIVE) and was able to process a transaction with my credit card using an incorrect First and Last name.

Is there something that I am missing...
