so what it's is that's required for a wampserver setup to make it work?

same pc... i did the same setup at home. works well but not at my work place. i've even downgrade my wamp5 to 1.6.6. still the same problem. i believe it's windows giving me issue.


my next move....

i see the login form. and i can login. but ntg comes out after that.. which after i will nv see the login form again unless i clear my cookies.

the installation is completed. i can even browse the pages. just that admin is not working :(

just which version should i be using?
