When we switch to test mode the USPS module generates 2 rates Priority and Express, BUT based on a 15lb product.....for some reason the cart has just started defaulting all products to 15lb....

well, we are actually the hosting company for this client...My tech guys have no idea....USPS has no idea....Thats why we are reaching out to you guys, since you are the 3rd party software the client...

its an old account, we do have the webmaster tolls account...all we did was just upload the new usps upgrade....Everything was working fine before, except the international shipping gave the error...
ok,we upgared to the new module, checked several international and domestic shipping options, put the cart back in live mode but when trying to process a test order got this message:
