.csv will be fine. Really, happy with anything that exports to excel and can be modified from there.

Right - couldn't get access to the cache directory at all - it just kept timing out.

Email archiving was not on, so that's one potential cause eliminated.

I'm still waiting for the cache directory to finish loading so that I can see what's in there. That's over 20 minutes so far...

Have tried to access the cache folder and so far it's just spent 10 minutes showing 'Fetching directory contents...'

I'd say this means I'm on to something, but concerned if I can't get access to...
