I've tried setting the box sizes and it is still not working - for some reason it keeps thinking that 1 oz is over a pound. I have been trying to fix this for over 12 hours now.

I'm testing a smaller item weight 3 oz... First Class is not Showing up. only Priority Small Box and Up... plus UPS ground.
I only want First Class to show and Maybe Small Box..

ok I reinstalled everything - and I now have the options....

ok So now I have entered all the information you have given me.. Re-added First Class mail and Priority mail...

Entered 0.1 for...

ok so I removed the Flat Rate Large box... Saw that it was Complicating things.

I now have First Class and Regular Priority mail. this way base on weight I can just choose the Box to send it in.

ok when i entered the 10.000000600 number you gave me.. it did set it to 10 lbs but when I checked it again it only had the 10 in the weight area.

But when i test a smaller item that is 1 oz it is still trying to do the Large flat rate box..
