This issue was killing me. You fix worked perfectly. You have to do this in the template folder, in my case it was "Classic". Thanks for putting this together.

I had the same issue on two stores. Run the debugger:
http://70.87.93.162/~broadcas//catalog/
Look that files and replacement them with new files.
My errors were located in these error logs...
