Are you sure the admin folder is really there and you haven't renamed it? If it's there, check the server permissions on it.

May be a silly answer/question, but do you have products quantity to more than one? Once you purchase it, if you do have it to only one, you'll have no stock left.
You've added a Paypal buy now button within your description - Can't do this since it's a form within a form and will break the cart. Remove the Paypal button and see if that fixes it.

Folder or select the template from your backend to the template you're using - and place your css files there...

You're half way there with it - you need to change both the includes/configure.php and the admin/includes/configure.php to reflect the change after you move everthing to your root. That will do it!
