The most common reasons for this are that the products have not been uploaded as enabled, or that they don't have an associated category.

Steve - Sorry that our responses have been spotty lately. We have been completely swamped with work. We took on another project outside the shopping-cart domain, thinking that it would broaden our...
You don't need to run the SQL. Please visit our website's support area and you'll see the documentation you need.
If you already have an existing Apsona installation in your cart, tied to an Apsona account, you should only need to download and install the update from our downloads area. If you don't have one,...
Hello folks,
We've made available an update for the ShopAdmin add-on from our website. Please visit the downloads area of the website and download the update.
Please email us if you encounter...
Hello,
We're looking for some help with testing a ShopAdmin update for Zen Cart 1.5. If you're willing to help test and give us feedback, please send us an email through our website.
Thanks in...
hockey2112 - this is not a feature currently supported within ShopAdmin. We're working through some features, however, so we'll let you know when done.
Thanks!
Folks,
Thanks for bearing with us, and for all the support. We have been extremely busy the last several weeks, but things seem to be settling down now. We'll have an update on the Zen Cart 1.5...
Lenpilot - we don't (yet) support automatic data feeds or XML. At the moment, ShopAdmin is a purely interactive browser-based system.
Regards.
Are you still having this problem? I know that some hosting services have unusual rules about parameter transmission, and I'm wondering if that might be the issue. Please do drop us a note via our...
Make sure you have the space after each colon. If you don't have one, Apsona will treat the entire string as one category name.
Hope this helps.
Anyone know if the thread subscription feature is broken, perhaps? I subscribed to this thread, but I see a lot of posts that I never got notified about.
Thanks.
Can you perhaps spell out a bit more detail about what you want? I realize that our documentation is a bit sparse, but we'll try and put together a tutorial on our website.
Anthony H - We're definitely supporting Apsona ShopAdmin. We've just been a bit quiet lately because of lots of other work. I'm not sure why you did not get an e-mail, though - did you try sending...
It's very unlikely to be an Apsona issue, because we haven't made any changes recently. Is there any change on your hosting side? Have they reduced the memory you have available on your host,...
One possibility is that you have slashes after your site name. Open up the file includes/configure.php in your admin folder and look for the lines that looks like
define('HTTP_SERVER',...
rufusclc - At the moment, there is no way to separate the categories and subcategories into individual columns on export.
Regards.
Hi Jill,
The problem with supporting stock-by-attributes is the way it stores comma-separated ID values in a database field. It's a rather non-standard way to do it, and it would take quite a bit...
Oh? Then I am missing something. Can you possibly post a screen shot of what you're alluding to, so that I can understand what's missing?
harlyman - The order_total_history item is on our todo list. We're hoping to roll out some new features and bug fixes in the next few weeks, and it should be included there.
As for the attribute...
Ah I see. That post is rather out of date - over a year old now. ShopAdmin has come a long way since then. It certainly supports imports and bulk updates of categories now.
Hope this helps.
RedSpinnaker - I'm afraid I still don't understand. The name and description fields of the category are both stored in the categories_description table, and of course ShopAdmin supports that because...
Elleka - I'm surprised that there is such an issue. Can you please send an email to support at apsona.com? We'll follow up with you.
Thanks.
Not sure I understand. Categories can be imported and updated via ShopAdmin, and have been for a while now. Perhaps you're alluding to something else?
Regards.
starlite - sorry for the delayed response. We'll enable imports of ordered products in an upcoming version.
Regards.
Yes, those two would be a good start. The Apache error logs in particular might help.
harlyman - Can you share the server log files, so that we can investigate?
Thanks.
harlyman - Apsona doesn't do any table locking. To me this sounds like a server issue, I'm afraid. Have you checked with the hosting company?
jill8026 - I assume you've been using ShopAdmin without this problem in the past? We haven't made any major updates in a few weeks now, so it's unlikely to be an issue with ShopAdmin. Is it possible...
RiverCity - I would guess that this is either a permissions issue (you need to set the file permissions to executable), or a security configuration issue with your hosting company. I would suggest...
We've not made any updates in the last week or two, so this is unlikely to be an issue with ShopAdmin. Have you talked to your hosting service about this?
nicnet - one approach to maintaining products in multiple languages is to import each language in a separate batch.
For example, suppose your cart supports English and Spanish. Your first step...
vintsf - sorry for the delayed response. As yet no, you can't delete via CSV upload. This feature is on our todo list, though, so it should be available soon.
Regards.
britneycook, aceproductsusa, dare197 and all the wonderful folks on this forum - thank you all for your kind words. Your encouragement is what keeps our enthusiasm going. We are delighted to see our...
Have you watched the video on the product attributes import page on our website? Does it help at all?
lankeeyankee - Thanks for your comments. It is easy to verify what ShopAdmin is doing. First, you can look at the PHP code, which is clear text. Second, you can open up Firebug in Firefox (or HttpFox...
Does this happen when you put in a name into the "search" box at the top, and click search? Or when you choose just "product name" in the "More options" area? Or both? (I would guess it happens in...
That's not the intent of the example on the website. There is no reason why you can't import the attributes of a thousand products in one batch. Why do you ask - are you seeing any anomalies? If so,...
This is a hard one. We tried to incorporate support for discounts, but it doesn't seem very easy. The database table for product discounts has no primary key, and the Zen Cart code seems to use the...
Perhaps I don't fully understand your question, but it seems to me that you can create an ordered-products report with all the fields and filters you need, run it and export it. You can filter the...
raybar81 - you are correct, there is an issue with updates by product id. Now looking back at the logs, I see that we used to support lookups by ID as well as by name, but that was leading to some...
Two questions:
Did you watch the video on that page? Was it of any use?
Any particular reason you can't use the product name instead of the product id for matching? I would think it would be...
For each row in the product attributes CSV, ShopAdmin looks for a matching product record, i.e., one that has the same product id or the same product name as the value in the "product" cell. It...
kelvyn - We've embedded the video into our product imports support page, and added a link to your article in this thread. Thanks again for creating the video.
Javier - ShopAdmin currently...
Wow, this is superb! kelvyn - would you mind if we provide a link to this video from our website? Of course we'd include the link to this discussion thread as well, so that its attribution to you is...
Sorry about that bug - the empty table list was because of an error in the code we put out last night. It should now be fixed.
However, that screen is meant to be read-only, in the sense that you...
To my knowledge, we have not made any changes to the searching or querying components for some time now. Can you describe a bit more? What searches types of are slow, products or categories or...
Yes, I did. Haven't resolved the question yet, though. I'll get back to you as soon as I can about it.
Thanks.
Hello folks,
If you run a multi-lingual cart, you might be interested to know that ShopAdmin now supports nine languages other than English: Czech, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch,...
Thanks for this update, it definitely helps. As for your feature requests:
The product URL is generated internally by Zen Cart. But perhaps you mean that you use one of the add-ons for...
