i did go back in and spell out Michigan completely and it worked for me. Is there a reason that abbreviations will not work? Thank you agian for all of your help.

I am really sorry about not specific. I did look at the zones tab in admin and mysql and they are in both places.

I see that you have loged in. It will not let you if you are select Michigan though.(where most to all of our customers are) I have also used different computers to try to login.

I tried to import some names and i have screwed up my log in. This is the message that i get.

Please select a state from the States pull down menu.
