I just got off the phone with CP tech support and was told that the problem is with the shopping cart and/or module.
They told me that there should be some way to keep the CP module from handling...
Maybe I'm missing something here ... but ... the module freeshipper is enabled and then the product is designated "Yes, Always Free Shipping".
Is this not right?

ie: customer orders 5 widgets ... cost of shipping per widget is $5.00
if you order more that 3 widgets shipping cost...
My customer wants all the products to be displayed in the Categories box ... just a long list of items ... is there a way to do this? I know that when items are in the top level category they do not...

You need to install the shopping cart into a sub-directory of htdocs in the Xampp folder.
C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\store
for example
