Using Zones I setup a Continental US zone and all others are "International". I selected that zone for the module I wanted to use to calculate the shipping.

I am using the Flat Rate (flat) shipping module for International and the Free Shipping (freeshipper) for US. We are also using the Per Unit (perweightunit) for oversized items.
I don't understand how the data is bad. I can now view the customer information without getting an error whereas before I could not even do that.
