Managed to run the script in phpMyAdmin and that did the trick. The configuration stuff now is visible in the lightbox menu in Admin and the front end works as well. Very nice add on :clap:!

Oops, the Zen Lightbox setting page is empty, and the front end still has not changed. I'm sure all the folders are renamed and the files are all copied.

Changed the language from dutch to english and think i solved the problem :blush:.
