I am having problems upgrading my zen cart to the new Zen Cart v1.3.7 I went to the https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=108 to do the 3 easy step........but they weren't...

I did clone my cart and put it on my desktop but i am not sure and not used to working in here........I did install my cart I think...... It is fine in the back office but when you view it online...
