We did not change any shipping options. We only use UPS+USPS+Free Shipping as before. I don't know about security patches. I will ask my developer.

We just upgraded to V 1.2.x to V 1.3.8 and every thing seems to be working fine on the local server. When the files are uploaded to the production server, they do not show correct shipping options....
