Thankyou for pointing me in the right direction. We got ahold of the webhost, by email, they said they fixed some routing errors, and now it is working.

Would it be a port that needs to be opened up on the hosting company?
When we are trying to run a sale in production mode, we are getting the following error.
Communications Error - Please notify webmaster. - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason....
