the database is new - just created
the domain folder is also new and I unzipped Zen Cart zip file directly to my www folder...

I have downloaded a fresh copy with out any contamination from my current server

im running 1.3.9h so currently i'm trying to move hosting provider then upgrade to latest version of zencart
