Okay, according to my test run, it's NOT applying the points to the accounts at all, as far as I can see. That answered that question.

In testing my cart today, I gave myself a gift certificate balance to buy with. The percentage off calculates perfectly. The reward points calculate perfectly, but when the cart has a zero balance...
