Dreamweaver isn't an ideal way to edit your store because the whole thing relies on a database and php running on a webserver. You won't see the pages in a wysiwyg environment like Dreamweaver...

It works with 3 columns per row, and it works with 5 columns per row :-(

Design for 750px wide (or thereabouts), and know how your site will look to all users, or use a fluid layout.

I prefer the former.
