Installed php5/apache server and ZC1.3.8 on XP as a test site, and had the same garbage until I stripped out all of my add-ons from admin.

I have a similar situation - 3 dropshippers, and in house inventory.

I have set it up that only one drop-shipper has low-cost/low margin items, so I can recoup some of the double-shipping costs...
