yes recreated with New Zealand and USA.

The issue occurs when people place items in their cart and then attempt to purchase.

Did you do this or just create an account.

I have items that are all different prices. I would like to run a special that charges a flat rate of $25 for every 5 items that are put in the cart... is this possible

Two eCheques have been received by paypal but no orders exist in zencart....

Found the problem myself....


for some reasons some of the items in my catalog had a "created date" that was in the future....

went in to phpmyadim and fixed it...

just upgraded to v1.3.8a the problem existed before the upgrade...

I did what you suggested and deleted all the countries except Australia and new zealand.

I figured that. And I've tried turning that setting on and off and on and off etc etc but the files keep getting created regardless

Keeps filling up with a lot of files with names like query_selects_index_1226918553.txt

Nope. as long as paypal express is installed I am locked into using a split login. :(
