Thank you :)
Hiya :)
Yes, once I sent them a very sharply-worded message through the online ticket system, my site miraculously went back up within minutes. Until then, the guy blatantly hadn't lifted a finger...
Not yet :( I did some googling and it seems it happened to a lot of people on their servers. I called them today and they said they'd have it back up immediately, but that was hours ago, so I'm going...
Thank you. Yeah, I haven't touched a thing; I'll give them a call now. It looks totally unprofessional for my site to be down like that.
I haven't touched the site in days, not even to add new products. Why has this happened? Is this a Zencart issue or my host company? I am losing potential sales here!!!!
THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Urgh, I am having the same problem. It seems I'll never get this stupid site live.
Okay, either the board's slow, or it's de rigeur for n00bs to just have to muddle through. Is this the document I need? And can I set Zone 1 to be UK?
...
Oops, made a mistake in the above post. I want all my clothing to always be Free Shipping in the UK and then have Zones rates for elsewhere.
Okay, so I've listed all my products, but my store's not gone live yet as I haven't attached it to my PayPal. I have several conundrums.
- I want ALL of my clothing to be free shipping....
Hi,
I'm new to Zen Cart and have looked at the other shipping threads, but they've confused me further.
I am setting up a store selling clothing and footwear. All my clothing is free shipping....
It was a bug with the previous version of ZenCart. Now I have the current one, everything's displaying fine.
It's a beautiful layout. Thank you for making it!
The FTP merged them into one; for some reason when doing it manually, it wasn't working. Anyhoo, I'm on a roll now, thank goodness. Wait 'til I try and change the site title...
Praise God, I've fixed it *parties*
I was uploading them to the existing includes folder, instead of creating a new one, as illustrated in this thread.
...
This is the path to where I think my ashley pink files are, they must be in the wrong place. I sent a zip file to includes and my FTP unzipped it and put the files in their various places.

Hiya
Yes, but I'm just getting the background colour and nothing else. Also 'sideboxes/languages_header.php' is not showing up in the sideboxes menu. I followed these instructions:
I got...
I followed the instructions and uploaded via method 2:
The files went where they were meant to, but I just have a blank page.
I'm retracing my steps through the install file to see if I can fix it.
Hi
Yes, I hadn't uploaded all the files, doh! Now I've uploaded them, but I have a blank page. I'm really very stupid when it comes to php.

Hi
I looked around but didn't understand what I read
I want to install a custom template, so I uploaded the custom template folder with Filezilla to public_html/zencart/includes/templates....
Hi there
Firstly, what a pretty template.
Secondly, what did I do wrong? :D
This doesn't look like it should (I'm a complete beginner).
Haha, I'm going for coffee and pasta instead. :D
Thanks. No sense in changing my host as I have had a pro package with them for ages. The guy said he'd install it, but that was a week ago grrr and he'll probably just use the Fantastico version...
All wasn't fine because according to a thread on this forum, there is a bug in the 1.3.9g version, not something I did.
I give up. I reinstalled the g version, now to update to the current...
Okay, I've made it even worse now
Would I be better uninstalling everything, letting Fantastico install the previous version and then just doing a manual upgrade? When I had the previous...
New installation. It's saying my paths are wrong, so I'm assuming I need to manually edit those configure files, but I'm getting confused about what the paths should be - namely 'cause there are...
Okay, I really do want to scream now. I've reinstalled and am stuck at the exact same place. I'm assuming there's some files I need to edit manually that weren't edited in the install process
...
Haha that's me, too. I'm totally confused; my store is uploaded to the root directory and my configures are pointed to the right place. I just don't understand at all.
Thanks, I guess I'll have to do that. I just rechecked my configure files and the paths are set to the right place *sigh*
Here's hoping the third time's lucky *sob*
Okay, so it turns out while I'd changed the dist-configure files on my server to configure, I'd reuploaded the old versions; now I'm getting this:
1. This is your first time using Zen Cart™ and...
I am at the end of my tether with this application; I'm not a young computer whizz, I'm an old bird who has followed the instructions SEVERAL times over, and it's still not installed properly.

I'm having the same problem, and I'm using v1.3.9h. This is wrecking my head! :censored:
