I went ahead and created an all new store file in Quickbooks 2008 Pro.
I have opened up MySql and checked the products table, every single product has a product_model entry.

I am getting the same error as the OP.


I have run the following from the mySql console

"SELECT *
FROM `products`
WHERE LENGTH( products_model ) <4"

And I do see 6 records with model...

This is the exact same problem I am facing.

If i display product qty on the page, then I get people either thinking that the -7 is just a dash in front of the number and that I have 7 on hand, or...

I allow people to order items even when they are out of stock.

The problem I am having is that people do not seem to notice the - sign in front of numbers when the QTY is below zero.

When I am Catalog - Catagories/Products it only lists 10 per page.
How can I change this. I have some categories with 100+ items and it would be so much easier to make changes.

The only thing I can think to do right now is to add a new attribute, "This is not a stocking item and shipping time is 2 weeks"
