can this mod allow the customer to just enter the amount they want to and select pay with bank card?

If not would be a good module to use for a customer to just enter the amount to pay and pay it...

I would like to know what the best way to add 3% to all orders paid with a bank card?

Would I also use shipping by weight, and add the amount to every item?

I looked over the tables and they all look fine:
products_description.language_id has only entry for english (1)
...

Using (spanish_language_pack_utf_1-4) and the latest zencart...

And using the admin in English, I enter a product name and description in English and Spanish, go to preview, everything looks...
