I read thru this post, installed verbatim and I still can't find where to configure this in the admin? Maybe it's all this rain in FL making me a mush head but I'm dumbfounded on this one.

I'm a bit confused...
I am using v1.5.0
Under the payments module, there is no Zen Card Free Charge Card option but there is Free Order (freecharger). Is this one and the same?
If not, where...
