The recent admin security patch overwrites the ADMIN/includes/functions/html_output.php not the includes/functions/html_output.php that SSU overwrites......

The zip file is just a holder for the module manager folder and shouldn't considered part of the mod for path purposes, and the module manager folder is a holder for the actual mod folders and files...
