1 product & 2 languages = twice new products page ?

if i enter 1 product with it's product name for the image (available for both languages)
we can give it a different name in english & in french.

BUT, when i am in english or in french language, the "new products" page the sidebox displays the same product twice:

• Batman (french) no 200
• Batman (english) no 200

Shouldn't i display for english 1 new product and for french 1 new product ?

i have just begun using zen cart.

i have installed with success the french language.

This is the result of my 1st entry for test products.
