    Default Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.

    Hi All

    I know this is a common fault but I have paypal ipn zones marked (none)
    Shipping freeshiper marked (none)

    The only thing strange to me is Admin configuration My store, Zone has no value in it, when I press edit

    (The zone my store is located in) there is nothing in the combi box ?

    Any Ideas

    If there are no zones defined in your store for your country, you may have to add at least one zone in order for anything to show in the pulldown.

    Sorry, I don't have enough information to help you more.

    If I were to set up a fresh brand new installation of Zen Cart, what would I have to do to make mine be exactly the same as your current configuration? If I have that, then maybe I can see the same problem you're having. Without that I'm only guessing.

    I'm getting this too at www.woundcareconference.com, but only when I select a "free" product. The regular conference registration is working correctly. Could be that it's getting a problem with some sort of "Rainman doesn't know what to do with zeroes" kinda thing? I've got Payment Zone set to "none" for the cc processing and for check/money order.

    Whoa - the 7 minute rule...

    I'm getting this too at www.woundcareconference.com, but only when I select a "free" product, and everything is free shipping. I've also got "flat rate" shipping available, but the price is set to zero, and store pickup, freeshipper and freeoptions installed, but with no zones.

    Okay - kludged around it by editing the checkout_payment file. But it'd be nice to have an idea toward something a little more elegant.

    And did it semi-correctly, by installing the dang Freecharger module - Thing is, I don't want the conference attendees seeing the "zen cart free charge card" thing, because then someone will want to ask questions about it. And why aren't they getting this card, and all sorts of other stuff that I don't feel like messing with - so I changed that text in the payment module to read "Synergicare Complimentary Document" since the only thing we're gonna be freeshipping is paper/bytes...

    That's exactly the intended use. The wording can be set to whatever you desire.
