Default Migrate YAHOO store to Zen Cart

Does anyone know of a procedure or script to move a Yahoo Store to Zen Cart.

It should be a fairly simple process of downloading the Yahoo Store products and images and uploading them into Zen Cart?? I'm not worried about the templates or site design - just the products and categories..

downloading the Yahoo Store products and images and uploading them into Zen Cart
    1. Add the Easy Populate mod to your ZenCart.
    2. Look at the sample csv file
    3. Export your yahoo products (if you can) and format it to match the sample csv file from Easy Populate.
    4. Upload to your ZenCart,
    5. Done!

    From the downloads section

    http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...1&keyword=easy

There are two versions, one is more complex than the other - depending on your needs select the which will suuit your purpose.

Both work with Zen latest version!

Since it seems like you have used this I have a question. I too am going to be in the process of moving Yahoo over to Zen. Although I am not too worried about the Items. I am worried about moving the current customer database over to allow my Yahoo customers that downloaded games the access to Redownload there games if something happens.

Do you know if the software (Easy Populate) does that? I looked on there site and will pop them an email to ask, but so far everyone is worried about items, since we have mainly a download software store I am more worried about the customers.

    Hi,

    Reverse question:
I have Zen Cart store with over 300 products.
What is the best way to migrate Zen-Cart store to Yahoo Store ?
(not Yahoo! Search Marketing, for this zen has module available)

Yahoo accepts CSV comma delimited file for product upload, but image upload, category creation and product quantity management is very confusing.
Zen cart interface is very convenient even if you are creating products one at the time.
Thank you in advance for your help.

    fairestcape,

You think that yahoo is way behind?
    Here is my story:
    I have 2 websites - 3 year old Zen-Cart and a new Yahoo store.
Yahoo store is running for a few months now and it is making sales.
I have no other choice now - have to add new products and update it daily. The easiest way for me to keep it running is to export over 300+ Zen-Cart products to Yahoo store at least 3 times a week.
Any ideas how to avoid manual labor?
    Thank you.
