Is there a mod to manage thousands of items?

My site repeats several items over and over again, id like to know if theres a mod or way to copy more than one item at once to other folders. I feel like im wasting my life listing item by item over and over again, so far im at over 3k items. Here's my site if its any help to as what im doing, w w w . d 2 e q u i p . c o m

i was browsing around and noticed i may need easypopulate? If so... it says it doesnt support php 5? Im currrently using 5.2.5. Is there another waY?

I think you have found it and free - you haqve to get accustomed to how it functions and it requires a mdl# to be able to function

Alternate, is NaviCat(not free) where you can script most any thing you can do manually
