Problems installing Google Checkout

Installed most of google checkout using Option B (Manual upload & editing files) but got stuck at the following points in install readme:

4, Modify:
YOUR_ZENCART_FOLDER/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_login_default.php

5, Modify:
YOUR_ZENCART_FOLDER/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_login_default.php

6, Modify:
YOUR_ZENCART_FOLDER/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_shopping_cart_default.php

7, Modify:
YOUR_ZENCART_FOLDER/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_time_out_default.php

These files don't actually exist on the apple_zen template... so I just used the ones which are included with the google checkout download.

Next part, "There are multiple shipping options selected and they use different shipping tax tables or some dont use tax tables"

Arghhhhh... does Google have to calculate my shipping? I am trying to get 3 main shipping methods sorted.

Store Collection (no problem)
ZoneTable Rates (well shipping is configured fine, but how do I set up with google?)
ZoneTable2 Rates (Another set of zonetable rates, but only applied when products bought from certain category)

I think I am going to have a huge headache.... any advice on how to set this bad boy up??

Well.. got rid of the annoying message.

Now it will allow me to click the google checkout logo! But I get this message from google:
