anyway to choose what is new ?

Hello,

I think this is somehitng that everyone need when you start a new store. I am adding all my objects and all are showing as new, (especialy that my cd is to sell audio cd's) which is not very good. Is there any way to choose what i want to be shown as New ? it will be very help full

Thanks DrByte, I already saw that, but my question is a little different, I want to knwo if there is way to choose products manually my self to check them as new. latter when store will be runnign for some month i can use automatic function but for now i ll want to choose myself.

No, there is no admin interface for manually choosing individual products to be marked as "new".

You can, however, mark products as "Featured" or on "Special" using the various menu options under Admin->Catalog
