How do I change the text on my header logo?

I have searched on here for the answer but can't find it.

I have two shops I am just starting to get customised and one has the business name in the header just above the tagline, the other has the zen cart logo still. How do I go about changing it?

Thanks, I wasn't sure that would help when I found it, I have been trying to find what is different between the two set ups but I can't see it. Will give that a go though, thank you for replying.

Nope, that didnt work
Can only think its either something to do with the template or when I installed it all.

Did you replace the logo.gif with an image that has the company name.
