I need away to let customers redeem their Anaglog to digital coupons. It needs to do the following

1. customer needs to be able to enter card number, expiration and ccv number
2. customer needs to see reduction on checkout
3. coupon be sent for authorization
4. see autorization or decline.

Anyone know of a module I can use for this or maybe something that might be able to be modified?
