I am getting the following text showing in my shopping cart above the checkout with Paypal button.

TEXT_PAYPAL_EXPRESS_OFFERTEXT_PAYPAL_EXPRESS_NOTE

I am aware that these must be two text fields that need to be defined.

TEXT_PAYPAL_EXPRESS_OFFER
TEXT_PAYPAL_EXPRESS_NOTE

Where should they be defined and what is supposed to be defined in them.

I have spent hours trying to resolve this, help appreciated.
