I used my own address as a test and got a message error 'not shipping to your region at this time' I'm in California. want to ship anythwere in the usa. Where should I start to troubleshoot the problem? thanks!

Make sure on the Details for your Zone that you setup the US to have United States and All Zones ...
NOTE: All Zones includes all Territories, Islands, Armed Services etc. ... be sure to decide what you really mean by US only on your definition ...Linda McGrath
