Where/How to Edit Gift Certificate FAQ?

I have many customers confused on how to use their Gift Certificates even after reading the Gift Certificate FAQ so I want to add screen shots to the Gift Certificate FAQ to make it easier for them.

So far I've been showing the screen shots to confused customers and they found the screen shots to be helpful so it makes sense to just add the screen shots to the Gift Certificate FAQ page (in particular on item 4 - "Redeeming Gift Certificates").

Now I can't find the file containing the "Redeeming Gift Certificates" FAQ items/pages.

Can anyone please tell me how to locate this file to edit?
I'm using ZenCart 1.3.8a.

The file that creates the FAQ is here:

includes/languages/english/gv_faq.php

The template (which is probably what you want) is here:

includes/templates/template_default/templates/template_gv_faq_default.php

I to am trying to edit my FAQ page, and I was able to find :
includes/languages/english/gv_faq.php
But when I try to edit it, I see no difference, so I found this post.

The problem is no file that includes gv_faq in the name exists in this directory:
includes/templates/template_default/templates/

I tried saving a modified gv_faq.php file into the directory to see if I could see the changes, however there was none. Anyone know why those files are missing and how I can change the FAQ?

Never mind I'm an idiot, I thought template_default stood for my template name. I figured it out. Thank you
