    red flag UPS tables are wrong. Any clue?

    Hello
    We have a client that is running UPS for their shipping module. The problem they are having is that they believe that the UPS tables aren't correct. They apparantly don't match-up with what he has.
    Is there a way to update the tables? or
    Has anyone had the problem before or maybe knows a solution?

    We'll need some more information.

    The UPS module pulls charges right from UPS in real time.

    Are 'his' more, or less?

    Do you have any handling charges set up, or is shipping taxed?

    Also check your tare weights. See this thread:

    To answer your question
    - his cart is charging $2+ less than his UPS software he has on the computer
    - handling is $2
    - tax on shipping because we're in NC
    - tare weight for small to medium is 0:0
    - large packages is 10:0

    I am having an issue with UPS also. It says it will cost $10 for 1 greeting card.

    We can't even get the UPS module to work

    With the Canada Post strike looming, we turned on the UPS shipping module last week and have not gotten any quotes.

    This is the output on the checkout page:

    United Parcel Service
    We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
    Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

    Here is what we have set up for the UPS module:

    We are running version 1.3.9h and have had to add the Canada Post module a couple of years ago. That works fine. Is there something written into the UPS module that could be undone by the other?

    Where can I start looking? The site is www.avemariascircle.com

    The UPS module that comes with Zen Cart is for the US ... if you need it for a different country you should look at the Free Software Add Ons and get the UPS XML ...
