Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object

I have just changed hosters which are using the newer php version 5 and my 1.3.5 is getting errors messages. I have done the quick fix codes from the latest versions of zc and they arent working. Is there anything else I can do for a quick fix until i am able to upgrade the site. I would simply upgrade now but when i first got zc i couldnt figure out how to set up a custom template so i used the classic and now im affraid of loosing loads of settings.

Also I have a Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file message at the top of each page and i cant get rid of this either so as a last resort i turned configuration error message to 'false' and the error message still wont disappear.

This message is telling you that your configuration file permission (chmod) is set at 755 or higher. Go into your FTP or cPanel and change it to 444 and the error should go away.
