Shipping based on postcode for Australia; different shipping for different items

I am looking for a way to calculate shipping cost based on postcode and I want to have different shipping for different items. Is there such a thing in Zencart?

I want to have something like this:

Item 1:
---------
2000-2050: $28
3909: $50
4000-4809: $49

Item 2:
---------
2000-2050: $38
3909: $70
4000-4809: $52

some of my items have set delivery fees australia wide, and others the cost will be based on location.

i also want to offer cheaper delivery if they purchase a set amount of items. so far zen cart has been easy, delivery fees is my biggest battle.

im having a hard time figuring out how to do this.

i'm doing this with Advanced Shipper

i contributed a database of Australian Postcodes by lat and long to the developer as well, so the upcoming version, version 3 will allow you to specify different shipping by Geolocation, ie 10km from store this price, 10-20km from store this price etc..

Thats how i'm handing my TNT Express shipping.

i bought the same program. however, am having problem. my COD Fee is not showing and Sales Tax doesnt get calculated whenever advance shipper shipping method is selected during checkout process.

also, my shipping amount is for example 1024 yens, it will only show Advance Shipper (1yen), how and where will I fix that?

I got australian Postcodes to work buy using Zip Ship and putting them in all manually. Its takes a while but in the big picture not much.

Just do a spreadsheet eg:

3000 ] A1+1 [ ... then drag the formula to make 3000 to 3999 in excell and make a csv file. Open it up with notepad and you can just copy and past large ranges quickly.

Only took me 2 days to do..

Now we selling cash registers by the bucket load

I would like to set up my Advanced Shipper with TNT Express too but I can't work out the correct table rates. My figures are not matching up with those of mytnt price calculator. Any help would be much appreciated.
