I am looking for a way to calculate shipping cost based on postcode and I want to have different shipping for different items. Is there such a thing in Zencart?

I want to have something like this:

Item 1:
---------
2000-2050: $28
3909: $50
4000-4809: $49

Item 2:
---------
2000-2050: $38
3909: $70
4000-4809: $52
