Is there a way to set all of a category's products weights to the same weight after the products have been added or do I have to manually set them one by one? Thank you in advance.

If all of the Products have the same master_categories_id then this is easily done by running in the Tools ... Install SQL Patches ...
This works where XX.XX is the weight you want and YYY is the master_categories_id ...PHP Code:
UPDATE products SET products_weight = XX.XX WHERE master_categories_id = YYY;
If you do not use Linked Products, then the master_categories_id will match the categories_id of the Product ...
If you do use Linked Products, then the master_categories_id should match the categories_id that "owns" the Product ...

Thanks! That definitely helped. Now how can I do the same for a product's attributes? I want to change the weights for the attributes in a category? For example, at this URL:
http://nealsmithdesigns.com/index.ph...roducts_id=185
I want to be able to add an additional 4 lbs. for if the customer adds an unfinished or finished corbel from the drop down box. I want to do this to all products in this products' category. Thanks again.
Attributes are not quite as easy ...
Do the same pair(s) of options_id and options_values_id need to be changed everywhere?
That could be done globally but to do them by category in a simple manner does not exist as there isn't a direct relationship to the products_attributes table and the categories table ...
Another way might be to look at the Attributes Controller and the Copy command for Product to Product or Product to Category of Products if the prices and weights are the same ...

Also, how can I set it up to where yes is selected for 'product quantity box shows'?
Do you mean on the Products for the product _info or for the Product Listing?
NOTE: Products with Attributes do not show a quantity box or add to cart on the Product Listing ...

Once a product is clicked on, not from the product listing page. For example, when a product has attributes, you have to click on the 'more info' link. I would hate to have to go to each individual product and set the choice to 'yes' for every product.
