How do you know that it is being sent? Have you sent yourself a test message and do you receive the test message? What are they using for an email service (yahoo, gmail, etc.) and is it ended up in their spam folder automatically.
Just some good 'ol troubleshooting and confirmation to make sure that they are going out. Can you please check and we'll go from there.
