adding a sidebox with image inside

hello all i have downloaded the blank side box mod to my pc ,i am trying to use this image




how do i get the side box on my site with this image in side it ? i would like when a customer clicks on the image to be taken to my reviews page. i have only just started out in website building so can you please be thorough when you explain,i paid for some one to put a custom template over ride in place if this helps ?
