More Details Needed When Customer Adds Card Details. Help Please.

I was just wondering if it's possible to ask for more details when the customer is entering there credit card details as currently it doesn't ask for a valid from date or issue number and for some cards we need these details to process them.

Any help would be great.

I was trying to find that out but without success. It was already on my admin when the previous person who did all the website passed it over to me to control.

Is there a way of finding out?

admin > modules > payment > look for th ones with a green dot on their line

Credit Card - Offline Processing

Select the edit function and you can set it to Collect & store the CVV number

Valid from Date for this is not part of the default data collected and there is no existing DB field to hold it nor code to collect it and would have to be custom coded and a DB area added

There exists expire date

Yeah i'm already collecting the expiriy date and CVV but really need the issue number/valid from to accept Maestro cards.
