Product Pictures Gone

I recently upgraded to 1.3.8a from 1.3.5 and now all my product pictures are gone. The names are still in the database but they don't show up. I'm using arch_shoppe template if that helps.

Have you checked the actual "images" folders to see if the image files are still there? Do this using either your FTP program, or the file manager feature in your host admin panel (typically C-Panel).

The names appearing in the database are simply dbase REFERENCES to the image files, and are not the ACTUAL image files themselves.
