HELP! URGENT! Orders - crashed!

We had over 200 orders today and our guy was processing them and then he went back to process the next order and when you goto customers-orders it says:

1030 Got error 12 from storage engine
in:

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
