Error with checkout.

Hi,
I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question, but I couldnt find where else to put it.
I have installed the store credit and reward points mod. I have asked for help in that thread, but am not receiving any response or help. I am hoping that the general zencart community might have some suggestions on what could be causing my error.

I installed the mod and received this error.
1146 Table :[DBNAME].sc_customers' doesn't exist
in:
[select amount from sc_customers where customers_id = 2


I am desperate. I added this mod as the last thing before making my site go live, and now I can't, due to the error. It is not possible to checkout at all.

I have uninstalled all the files, and removed the appropriate tables from my database. But I am still getting the error.

I spent over a week uploading over 400 products to my website, and realising this is a database problem, I do not want to have to reload my whole zencart store again. I have searched this forum, google etc. looking for an answer, but cant find one. Although, I do find plenty of posts with others having the same error, but no solutions.

I am desperate, please did anyone know of a fix? Any help would be very appreciated.

The specific page that is bringing up the error is /main_page=checkout_payment
